Who we are
RA International Business UK Limited ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15300592, with our registered office at 51 Park Leys, Harlington, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 6LZ, United Kingdom.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you request. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires.
Who we share it with
Our email delivery provider, which passes form submissions to us. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy to be transferred. To make a request, use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
